Off topic, but not many people read this thread, so here is another story relating to my fiancee, (a short one this time).

She had just got home from her first trip to Italy and we were in the Supermarket:

Tabatha: Where is the French wine section?
Peter: Why?
Tabatha: I had some great wine in Italy.
Peter: Ah so we want the Italian section then.
Tabatha: Oh yes, all the good wine was from the Rosso Region...

To be fair I should add that Tabatha was very tired, still suffering from jet lag and does not speak Italian. So it is not at all typical of her; was just amusing at the time and nothing compared to some of the stupid things I have done. Wonder why she puts up with me!

I know that the transit was having trouble before they got to Calais... I'll text Mark and find out what's happening.

The A Team Van lost all it's oil and was beyond bodging, so the chaps are sunning themselves in the south of France for a few days before heading for Oktoberfest.

She is half Japanese and half American, born in Japan on an Airforce base and moved to the States when she was 4; so basically always in the American system. The mix makes her very attractive! She will be a Babe on the Babe next year; maybe up the duff too.

Correct and I never stop repeating it either (it will be my first sprog) as I am exceedingly excited. Tabatha really enjoyed the BABE too, but admitted it would have been better if she could drink; we both abstained. Fortunately she had to sniff a margarita the other day, so I helped her our with that.

Bugger about the Yugo, I think it was towed and scrapped. I should have got it and stored it; just needed tidying up and a gearbox leak sorted.
